1. Scope of Application

These terms and conditions (T&C) apply to all services provided by Yun An Massage.

2. Booking and Appointments

• Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.
• You will receive a confirmation email with the appointment details.

3. Arrival and Punctuality

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to prepare for the massage.
• We may not be able to guarantee the full treatment time if you are late.

4. Cancellations and Changes

• Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
• We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if no notice is given.

5. Payment Methods

• Payment is made on-site by cash, card, or another agreed method.
• Please present any vouchers when booking and at your appointment.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Yun An Massage is not liable for any health issues resulting from the use of our services.

Your personal data will be handled confidentially in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

8. Final Provisions

If any provision of these T&C is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
